By using the 365bdt website, mobile app, or any of our services, you are considered to have accepted these Terms & Conditions. Please read them in full before registering.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services on the 365bdt platform — including Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, jackpots, and any other gaming services.

365bdt reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be announced on the website. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

To open an account with 365bdt, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Registering with false details will result in account termination and your balance may be forfeited.

What you'll need to register:

• Active mobile number
• Email address (if available)
• Date of birth (must be 18 or older)
• Preferred Payment Method

Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual's name, all accounts will be closed.

A copy of your National ID, passport, or driving licence may be requested for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. This is required before processing large withdrawals.

Only users aged 18 and above may register on 365bdt. Accounts found to belong to minors will be closed immediately, and deposited funds may not be refunded.

365bdt is strictly committed to keeping minors away from online gaming. Registering on behalf of a minor, or allowing a minor to use your account, is a serious violation of these terms.

Proof of age may be requested at any time. Failure to provide it will result in your account being temporarily suspended.

365bdt supports all popular mobile banking services in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

Deposit Rules:

• Minimum deposit: ৳50
• Deposits are typically credited to your balance within 1–5 minutes.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name
• Payments from third-party accounts are not accepted.

Withdrawal Rules:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳200
• Processing is typically completed within 30 minutes to 24 hours
• Large withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed
• Withdrawals must be made to the same method used for the deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus can be withdrawn.

All bets placed on 365bdt are final and cannot be changed once confirmed. Please review all details carefully before submitting your bet.

Reasons a bet may be voided:

• If a match is cancelled or postponed (full bet refund)
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error
• If the event ends before it officially begins
• If official results have not been confirmed

Live Betting Special Rules:

• In live betting, odds can change every second.
• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of submission.
• If odds change due to internet delays, bets may be accepted at the updated odds or cancelled.

365bdt relies on internationally recognised sports data providers to determine results. In the event of any disputed outcome, the decision of 365bdt is final.

365bdt offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers for members. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions that must be followed.

Welcome Bonus:

• Get a 100% bonus on your first deposit (up to ৳5,000).
• To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet the wagering requirement (10x the bonus amount)
• You will have 30 days to complete the wagering requirement

General Bonus Rules:

• Each member may benefit from a promotion only once
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account
• Bonuses cannot be used on certain games (see the promotions page for details).
• 365bdt reserves the right to cancel any bonus if fraud is suspected.

365bdt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• If an account is registered using false information
• If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person
• If evidence of fraud or match manipulation is found
• If identified as a minor
• If money laundering or illegal activity is suspected
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion)

Prior to closing an account, 365bdt will notify the member and provide an opportunity to appeal (except in cases of fraud). Any valid balance will generally be returned to the member.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 365bdt platform:

• Participation in match-fixing or any form of sports corruption
• Placing bets using automated software or bots
• Hacking an account or using another member's account
• Abusing the bonus system (multiple accounts, false identities)
• Attempting to breach the platform's systems
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal transactions
• Harassing or attempting to harm other members

Engaging in any of these prohibited activities may result in account termination, balance forfeiture, and legal action.

365bdt shall not be held liable in the following circumstances:

• Bets lost due to internet connection failure
• Transaction delays due to third-party technical issues
• Unexpected technical errors or server downtime
• Losses resulting from the member's own negligence (such as sharing passwords)
• Natural disasters or force majeure events

365bdt is committed to maintaining a high quality of service. However, we cannot guarantee completely uninterrupted access at all times.

365bdt believes betting should be a source of fun, not addiction. That's why we have a range of responsible gaming tools in place.

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits
• Bet Limit: Set a maximum stake amount per bet
• Session Limit: Set a time limit on how long you play
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks
• Self-Exclusion: Contact support to close your account permanently.
